The Lavash bread makes a thing crispy pizza crust and everything together is just great. We like to mix green/red peppers, onions, low fat miracle whip, and mustard with a can of this tuna, spread in on some thin lavash bread and bake it in the oven with some grated cheddar cheese on the top to make a tuna pizza.
I buy it because of the claim regarding low mercury. Some cans I open have a fishy taste and some are just fine.
For the most part, I like this tuna. Most of the time, the tuna tastes great and the fact that it is low mercury makes me want to keep the cans around so I can eat it often.
Otherwise, i would give it 5 stars. Can't imagine why some are fishy and some are not.
This is fantastic and better than it sounds. I currently have 12 cans of Wild Planet tuna in the cupboard, so I guess that means I like it pretty well.
Good book, lots of useful information. I have 2/3rds more pins than are listed in the book though, that was disappointing. I really thought this would be an all encompassing guide to what was out there. For the cost, I wish I had been able to borrow it from someone instead.
This is a great book with many many pins. The only down side is that it does not tell you which pins are in a set. Some of the ones we have were in different places in the book. Over all it was cool to be able to find our pins and see what they were worth.
This book has alot of pins but the organization makes it hard to find a specific pin. It would be better if it had an index by character.
The index would be as long as the book is. For the people who complained about the lack of index. how could anyone possibly index that many pins. The table of contents is perfectly adequate for narrowing down the page. After that the hunt for the pin is half the fun.
